Defense Travel Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Survey Launches
Starting October 30, 2020, DTMO will begin deployment of a Defense Travel Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Survey (DoD Report Control Symbol (RCS) DD-P&R-2712), a mechanism to collect customer feedback on an array of DoD travel programs and services including travel management company (TMC) services, commercial airlines, rental cars, and the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC). It will provide the valuable information that will be used to improve commercial travel programs and processes, help ensure quality service delivery from vendors, and provide data to more effectively source travel services.
On a biweekly basis, a random sample of recent DoD travelers will receive an email from a DTMO mailbox with a hyperlink to a questionnaire customized to the specific traveler’s recent trip. To save time, we are prepopulating each questionnaire with the traveler’s demographic data and using conditional logic capability so that only questions relevant to the traveler’s trip are displayed.
We will share survey and related program improvements with the greater DoD travel community through our website and newsletter, the Defense Travel Dispatch.
DoD travelers will begin receiving email requests to the survey beginning October 30, 2020. We encourage travelers to complete the survey, which should only take no more than 10 minutes.
