DoD Lodging Pilot Program Expands Jan. 1 - New Sites Added

On January 1, 2019, the Department of Defense continued its expansion of the Integrated Lodging Program by adding new pilot sites with DoD Preferred commercial lodging and updating the list of participating hotels at existing pilot sites. 

New pilot sites for 2019 include:  

.  Cape Canaveral Air Force Station - Port Canaveral, Florida

.  Davis Monthan Air Force Base - Tucson, Arizona

.  Defense Supply Center Columbus - Whitehall, Ohio

.  Fort Campbell - Oak Grove, Kentucky

.  Fort Gordon - Augusta, Georgia

.  Fort Huachuca - Sierra Vista, Arizona

.  Fort Knox - Fort Knox, Kentucky

.  Fort Leavenworth - Leavenworth, Kansas

.  Mayport Naval Station - Mayport, Florida

.  Naval Air Station Jacksonville - Jacksonville, Florida

.  Naval Submarine Base New London - Groton, Connecticut

.  Patrick Air Force Base - Cocoa Beach, Florida

.  Warner Robins Air Force Base - Warner Robins, Georgia

Travelers creating authorizations on or after 1 January 2019  and going TDY to a pilot site are directed to use either DoD, Privatized, or DoD Preferred lodging before other accommodations.  If directed lodging is declined, reimbursement for lodging is limited to the amount the government would have paid if used.

Please note that some of the commercial hotels at existing pilot sites may also change as of January 1.
