Live Chat For CTO Submit

In an effort to improve the customer experience, the Travel Assistance Center has implemented a live chat capability. At this time, users are able to use the chat feature to support travel documents "Stuck at CTO Submit," as well as, DTS and DTMO Passport login issues. Live chat is available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm ET.

How it Works
To access chat, users can click on the "Live Chat" icon on the DTS homepage or on the Passport login help screen to connect directly to a TAC analyst who will work to resolve login issues.  At the conclusion of the chat session, the conversation will be automatically transmitted to a help desk ticket for easy reference via help desk tickets in TraX.  Users will also have the opportunity to print the conversation directly from the chat box.  For more information on how Live Chat works, see the Live Chat User Guide.

The tool is currently configured to only field questions related to login issues. Analysts will direct users with all other questions to go through traditional TAC channels – by submitting a helpdesk ticket via Passport or by calling the TAC directly. The live chat capability may be expanded to provide other types of assistance in the future.
