Missing Receipts in DTS
On or about July 28, 2017, DTS encountered file system issues that caused missing receipts in DTS travel documents. DTS system engineers continue to implement a process to restore for missing receipts, however, until this process can be completed, AOs and travelers should take the following action for documents currently in a routing status:
1. Check for receipts/substantiating records.
2. If missing, re-load (via fax or upload) all receipts/substantiating records to allow proper review.
For travel documents that have completed processing, receipts will eventually be restored so there is no need to re-attach them.
At this time, substantiating records (receipts) functionality for all document processing is working.
