DoD will conduct a DTS Continuity of Operations (COOP) system exercise the week of 18- 25 February 2017. As a result, EWTS will be unavailable and DTS will have downtime at the beginning and end of the exercise.
The DoD has released the 2017 CONUS Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) rates, which take effect on January 1, 2017. Approximately $41 million will be paid to approximately 35,000 Service members stationed in CONUS in 2017.
The DTS continuity of operations (COOP) system exercise scheduled for the week of 10-17 December 2016 has been postponed until early 2017. At this time, there is no system downtime scheduled for DTS or EWTS during that week.
