Customer Support
Travelers seeking assistance before, during and after travel have four main avenues to receive help. They can contact their Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA), the DTMO Travel Assistance Center (TAC), submit a help desk ticket through the Ticket Management System, and/or contact their Commercial Travel Office to address ticketing and itinerary changes, after their ticket has been issued.
