DoD CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES: PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW TO KNOW THE PER DIEM RATE APPLICABLE TO CHANGE OF STATION AND RELATED ALLOWANCES.

The Standard CONUS $123 per diem rate applies for:

1. travel within CONUS to a first duty station for a newly recruited employee or appointee.
   
   
2. travel within CONUS incident to a PCS.
   
   
3. renewal agreement travel within CONUS.
   
   
4. separation travel within CONUS, and
   
   
5. while occupying temporary quarters in CONUS (except when a fixed TQSE is authorized under JTR, Chapter 5, Part H).
