• All on-demand web-based training (WBT) and instructor-led training (ILT) materials are available through the Travel Explorer (TraX).



• If you are a student, you can access a WBT class by logging on to TraX, selecting the Training icon, then selecting Launch next to one of the classes. You will be able to take the training at your own pace. Passing a final assessment allows you to print a class completion certificate.



• If you are an instructor, the instructor-led training (ILT) materials are available through the Travel Explorer (TraX). After logging on to TraX, select the Knowledge Center icon at the top of the home page. When the Knowledge Center opens, enter "instructor" in the text box and click Search, then click the name of the class in the search results list. When the DTS ILT Materials page opens, click on the link in the Answer section to download the instructor guide, student guide, and supporting PowerPoint demonstration.
